Just added a sticker to the calipers and cleaned up the paint job

External is complete

Iv done most of the work to the outside of my baby. Black alloys and yellow calipers.
The only other thing that I might look into is reshaping the front bumper. From the side it points out a bit too much.

Hire Car

I had to visit some sites down in England so for one weekend I used a company hire car. 2.0TDI 09 plate Golf - 140BHP. It was very nice to drive! The turbo gave it so much power and lots of low end torque! It felt more like I was holding on for dear life more than driving, there was no lag at all plus amazing pull in any gear.
On my second visit to the sites I took my own car, managed to meet up with a 2.0 TDI golf on the road home. I could see that he was pushing it so thought id join him. Although I had to step through the gears alot more, I was still tailing him all the way! But no doubt his MPG were alot higher than mine.

First stage

Completed alot of the mods that I want to do. Still got more to do but need to get more money first.

Put in a new clutch at 54420 miles and drilled groved disks at 54840 miles.
Iv put on Tuscani badges, got the instrument panel blue.

Im currently working on installing a carputer. Im wanting that to have an OBD reader, media player, GPS/tracker, handsfree setup and someother bits but will need to see whats going to be possible.

In the beginning

Iv had my Coupe for a year now and enjoying most of it, there was a few problems that came up. I put it into the garge where I bought it (Belmont Murry) but they denied any faults and refused to fix anything.
Now that insurance has come down, ALOT, aswell as the warranty on its way out, iv started modifying her. First off I had to sort out the major problems that had come up - clutch and breaks. Iv just broken in the clutch so I can now put my foot down again! Fitting the brakes this weekend, they will need broken in too but not as long as the clutch.

Iv read alot of forums setup for folk modifying thier cars, all of them say that modifying is a bug. Iv cought that bug, im always on the lookout for new and better things to put on my car, or take off.
